In our online store: The user should fill in the gift card code in the corresponding field during the checkout process. The gift card can also be redeemed partially. After the first purchase, a new code will be given via email for the ability of using the remaining amount.
In our physical store - 32 Omirou & Rodokanaki, Chios: In case the recipient chooses the redemption of the gift card in the physical store, he must present the code in order for the redemption to take place.
